Communism and Fascism are actually very close cousins, but neither side like to hear that!
State control, militarism, aggression, oppression, and the people at the top of the pile live very well by keeping everyone else under the heel.

Fascism is pretty much the only politician system where communism (as an economic model) could possibly work on the large scale.
Without that top-down totalitarian control, the concept of full community ownership of all property rapidly breaks down.
Except for the opposite end of the spectrum, with a pure enlightened anarchy free of greed or fear, and humans are a long way from achieving that.
