I read a book about 20 years ago translated in Romanian...Two very thick volumes about some guy selling his soul to the devil in order to read other people's thoughts....Or somewhere along those lines. I completely forgot the name of the book or its author. Can anybody help?

Try Ebay. They'll sell anything to anyone. I don't know what a slightly used soul is going for these days. Probably not much. Too many on the market.
