shyness is very simple to get over when i was starting highschool in 9th and 10th grade i was shy as hell i had practically no friends then in 11th grade i started hitting the gym bally that is and i started to get accepted by the guys cause i wasnt puny anymore and then by the girls and then confidence builds up and shyness goes away. u just need that one person to think ur cool and ur in the rest is up to u be yourself and i promise u from that point u will never be shy again.

Shyness doesn't necessarily have to do with lack of confidence. Some people just aren't as outgoing as others, and there's nothing wrong with that unless you feel uncomfortable or that your shyness is negatively affecting your life and relationships.

I used to be shy and still am under certain conditions, but I outgrew it to some extent.

Accept yourself for who you are. It's ok to be shy!!

Because you're surrounded by fingers.

In reality, though, I'm shy because I simply lack confidence. I feel like everyone is looking at me, judging me, dismissing me. I can't explain why, but that's just how it is.
