I as an employer have to tell you that the color of skin makes no difference, it's the persons attitude towards being employed , being respectful and their enthusiasm towards being a productive human that I look at before hearing about their creditials.

I am a white man, and I can't get a job because of all the so-called minorities.. since I don't speak spanish, I can't get a job supervising spanish speakers, reverse discrimination is out there, but, to admit it, the gov't would have to step in and insure that equality was given to everybody, and then the quota seekers would be ticked off and they get more attention than the people who are being wronged..
when the color of my skin can get me a job, I'll believe there may be some truth to what you say.

It depends on the men...of course.
I engage the best qualified candidates: male, female, or Spanish Indian.
Some deciding factors are education; experience; and, believe it or not, English proficiency. I'd never hire anyone who pronounced "sell" as "sale", or who couldn't write an email on behalf of the Foundation without using slang. I also prefer candidates who are at ease, even when a *little* out of their depth; it shows character and confidence.
By the way, my most recent hire just happens to be black. He's astonishing, and I'm so glad he works for me!

Have you not heard of affirmative action? it's not harder for blacks it's easier...most blacks won't get jobs because the government would take away their welfare, bye bye free money. why do you think blacks have so many freaking kids? the more kids you have the more money you get...and on top of the free money most black parents (especially fathers) employ their kids to sell drugs so they can have more money. Society blames gangs for drugs and violence but from my understanding gangs didn't start yeaterday...they've been around for a loong time...so how do you think these kids become members? Their parents are usually members first...look at degredation that rappers bring on themselves, they all make their starts in gangs only to become famous and start another one, do you honestly think these people are going to refrain from procreation...don't count on it!
so to answer your question...no it's not harder, most blacks just don't want to work.

I just had this discussion with my son. I believe as he does that the society in which we live has come to believe the hype and has a fear and is intimidated by the Black man.

It use to be that the white man gets the job.
But now since minorities can pull the race card we get more jobs.
Isn't affirmative action great!?!?!
