I doubt whether the anti-messiah is present today. In Islam the term is dajjal. So it seems that there is a probability that such a personality will appear at sometime in the future.

We're not supposed to point fingers but I have alist of possibilities.
Im not saying anything bad about them but dont follow them to your deaths
All countries and their leaders. Who get you to swear allegience to them and not the Lord your god, therefore asking you to put them before God.
Now is that anti-messiah? I would say so.
