I saw this movie on HBO, probably about a year ago now. It was a french movie, not that they spoke french much, but by the way it was filmed it looked either french or independent. It was this pair of teenage twins, a boy and a girl, who lived somewhere in france. They met this blond boy and for a while didn't accept him I guess, but then did and went skipping through a museum screaming "one of us!".
I didn't see it from the beginning, so I don't know what the entire situation was, but at one point the three of them were sleeping together in a fort in their apartment and their parents came in and left money on a table. The girl twin then realized they had stopped by and wanted to kill the three of them so she took a pipe that was leaking gas into the fort with them, but then a war broke out in the street that woke them up. They ran down and the twins joined in, and the blond boy was like "No! This is exactly what we're against! Don't be one of them!".

hbo always repeats the films thet show you will probably get to view it again no title though is tough
