Does any one have idea on buying the items from Police Auction from Ebay? Whats it mean? I found the items are really cheap. Do I believe them or its a kind of fraud?

Read the listing carefully.

They are most likely going to send you an email with a list of venues where police auctions are held.

Basically, a police auction is where they sell stuff off that has been confiscated or lost and not claimed. Things do go cheap, however, the venues can usually be found without paying for them.

Don't beleive in Police auctions. I've found that most of items are ebooks. eventhogh the picture might be shown of some different valuable item, but actually if you read the description, you will find out the reality. For example, when I searched for police auctions item, here is the link below of the result page.

http://search.ebay.co.uk/police-auctions_W0QQfromZR41

Items in the above link are current as of the time of viewing.

You will receive an e-mail, giving you lists of sites where police auctions are being held or something similar. It will not guarantee you a for example, laptop for £1. Read the small print! It's really not worth the bother!

the two; a million-connect the police, we get given information each and every on occasion for loose. 2-music down all your interior of sight auctioneers (e.g.Sotherbys, Kneales e.t.c.) and ask them. they are many times the businesses that run the auctions on behalf of the police and could be waiting to offer information (at fee) of upcoming auctions.

One constable (in Sussex Police) managed a few months ago to put a tazer gun on the roof of his car prior to unlocking and getting in.Problem is he left Tazer gun on roof when he drove off. Sussex Police are now minus one tazer gun - since (as far as I know) it was never found.

Question: Has some enterprising person now, having found this tazer gun decided to sell it on ebay???

Do you remember the Toshiba adverts on television a few years ago - "hey tosh gotta Toshiba?". Down here in Sussex we now say to our local Police Constables - "hey tosh gotta Tazer"?
