I think that we could prevent a lot of murder and crime if we brought back duels. No guns necessary. Put 'em in a ring and let them sort out their issues in a controlled matter.

better yet, an island in the middle of nowhere we can drop violent criminals and let them resolve their own issues. The psychos can eat the pedophiles.
