Mostly thought I would think - not enough time for any physical changes - remember you need more thousands of years.
The reason I say thought is because with more information we know more and create higher thinking that just wasn't possible then. We can contemplate the raindrop and have a million and one connected thoughts and definitions. They contemplated the raindrop and had only a hundred or thousand connected thoughts and definitions.

I have asked a similar question. It is my opinion:-
Does anyone else think, or have they ever thought, evolution can
go only one way now. To me, that way is the mind.
If the physical body evolves (more fingers, heads, legs etc) we try to find a cure. in the meantime, they evolving are ostracised.
Whereas, if the mind evolves, that person is regarded as fantastic, or a genius. The mind sticks out to me like a sore thumb as evolution goes.

The only physical evolution that has taken place is an increase in height. If you look at people today, you can see that most men are taller than their fathers. Of course, this all depends on ethnicity, environment, etc., but generally, we are taller now.

Physically man has not changed in the last 2000 years. The only real advances in in the thought processes of man. As he has discovered more about his enviroment and the world around him the average intelligence has increased.

Evolution occurs at the genetic level, and differences that impact a population occur of millions, not thousands of years. his is because of the length of human generations. To see "evolution in action", you need to study organisms with very short generational cycles.
My favorite question for "anti-evolutionists" is whether they would like their children to be treated with strains of anti-biotics that were developed 50 years ago!

They have not, basically. People have grown taller over time but basically everything else has remained the same.
