ur probably not anywhere from the US to ask such a question. it doesnt have a meaning but when u say it that way its like n.i.g.g.a is buddy. if u say with the ER at the end thats a racial slur. and if u say it with a RO at the end its not a racial slur its just calling him black mostly.

N!gger is the word put into place to degrade, humiliate, and belittle Black people. It is a racial slur.
***** is a term that some black people use when talking to each other. It is used as a form of racial camaraderie.
A black guy might say to another black guy, "What's up my n*gg*?" And that simply means hello from one black person to another.
A black female might say to a black guy, "N*gg@, please!" That means stop playing games.
Black people took the derogatory term and twisted it into a slang term of endearment or closeness within the Black community much to the chagrain of White and Black America. Oprah sure has a problem with it. Me, I'll use it but only when I'm in my most private settings and talking trash to the people that are on that level with me. And guess what, if I was at work and one of my white co-workers came in and said to me, "N*gg@ please!", all Hell would break loose. It is only to be used by one black to the next. Now isn't that confusing?! Just keeping it real with you.

It's a nasty racial slur for the word *****. Eventhough it is considered offensive, it is used amonst them and some are not offendend. That puzzles me a lot.
