You have access to the Internet look in your area for things to go to and the cost.... other than that take a romantic walk.. during a gentle rain. pack a lunch and stroll along till you find the most romantic place to stop.. use your head and think . Pretty sure you can come up with lots of things to do ..

Not sure where you live, but try the art museum. Usually it's free and you get to check out a lot of cool things. Also, zoo's are relatively cheap - especially if you take your own snacks. Matinee movies are cheaper than nighttime - again, your own snacks. Also, arboretums are a good way to spend an afternoon.

How about a nice walk together thru your cities farmer market or one it's larger parks? You could buy two large coffees and a muffin to share. Wander around enjoying the atmosphere and each others company.
