So, I've been known to wear soccer cleats, uniform skirts, and other "odd" items as regular wear to school, but I'm not sure if I'm pushing it on this one. I bought some Asics shoes, not realizing they were wrestling shoes cause I wanted that Nike look where the shoes go up to your ankle, but now that I know they're wrestling shoes, I'm not sure if it's still okay for me to wear them... but they fit and they're cute! Let me know you're opinion!

Absolutely! I have seen lots of girls do that. Some people even wear cleats because they are cute. As long as you coordinate them well, it's ok. You'll be unique by doing this.

See guys don't worry about cute - we wear what's comfortable. That's also why we only have a few pairs of shoes while you women have a closet full. LOL

just make sure you where them with stovepipe (stove pipes are a really skinny styled pant) denim. no leggings and no skirts. thats so played out. other than that if you wear shorts with them make sure you are wearing those big crunchy legwarmer like socks and your at the gym.

If that is the style you like and they feel good on your feet, then wear them. Who cares what anybody else thinks, in the end you can only make yourself happy!

I do not believe you are starting a new fad. I have seen the shoes on several girls in the movies mostly British. Be yourself.
