Yes!!! I mean global warming is going to frezze us as fresh water would go into the north atlantic current causing an imbalence and eventual reversal of it! Meaning heat wouldn't travel normaly making half the world frezze and the other boiling!

Also there is Yellowstone national park to consider, WHEN it errupts America will be wiped out, the ash clouds will travel, covering the sky so heat will be blocked out, resulting in global frezzing, and ash rain, that would cause disease and new illnesses and terible coughs. Also when the ash rains down it will in big rocks crushing people in the streets. So yes of course I care!

According to all of the volcano programs I've watched super and otherwise, the earth quakes and other factors I predict yellowstone may be a little as 30 years awa form a big erruption, also there are the X factors other risks we just don't know about yet, hostile beings invading, comets hitting oceans causing hudge tsunami's which I'm sure I've spelt wrong.

here is my entry to a competion, here's the link http://www.redhouse.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ReadingRoom_10151_18251_100_ReadingRoomSummerCompetition and here's my entry to it. A poem:
The strangest things can happen in 6 weeks,
6 short weeks,
Filled with fun,
(Or at least for some!)
This summer I went the past,
you wouldn't believe what I saw,
I was almost eaten by a taranasaur!
( I hate the past, take me to the future)
Ice was all around,
and on Earth there was no sound!
The sky was black with ash,
yellowstone had done its worst,
(where in the future was I?)
No one to ask the world was dead,
time and technology long gone, then I saw one girl alive,
"what time is this?" I asked,
"don't know not sure, but I do know your my past".
(future me answered back!)
So there it is a few summers away,
we don't take nature seriously, and soon we'll have to pay.
(You can't controll volcanos but understand the threat, prepare your selves best you can, its erupting next sunset!)

but this isn't just some poem, its very real. by the way i'm 13

If anyone would like me to answer their question mail me that you want a question answered. And I'll be happy to. As long as I get 10 points for it!

I am, because of this whole global warming thing. Nobody knows what the world will be like in 50 years. I saw this video, and it showed all the spots where global warming was really affecting us today, and thre were a lot of spots. Then it showed a prediction for 25 years, and almost the whole world was covered. That scares me a lot because I'll probably have kids by then, and something might happen to them and all of my friends and me. Nobody, cares, but it could be like "The Day After Tomorrow" in 50 years.

Sometimes. Sometimes I have the optism to think, "I'll be great in 50 years' time and everything will be so incredibly evolved!" and other times, "Gosh, will I even be alive after all that time and if I am, what's it going to be like?" But in general, I think I'm more worried than reassured. It's something absolutely unkown and it's only human to be afraid of something as so... with all of the problems and issues with global warming, health, war, countries and their power, money, technology, mentality of people, etc. It's all a lot to think about; very overwhelming. I just pray that humans will have evolved, having learned and grown from their mistakes, and that things won't be as chaotic!

Thank you for reading and take care. : )

A little... what worries me the most is that the world is running out of water little by little. Maybe in 50 years there will be no more. That's what worries me the most!!
