It's a Pavlovian responce. It's not that you want to pee when you hear it but that you concentrate on the fact that you have to pee.. You assosiate the sound of water with urination because of the increased anxiety of bodily function combined with an environment that offers almost no distraction, so the sound of water running subliminally and psychosematically brings you back to the act of urination just like looking at food that you ate when you were starved makes your mouth and your stomache rumble water because you assosite the sight and smell of it with eating.

im the same its because when you pee it makes the same sound so you feel like your peeing but you can control it.
