My son is going into 1st grade and was wondering if someone could tell me if I needed a new emergency kit this year if he had one last year or if they just throw them away? I forgot to call the school yesterday to find out and I'm going shopping later today for school stuff!

don't worry about that he will be okay but takecare of him when he returns home ( listening to him as afriend )
and i think you don't need to buy a new emergency kit as it will be the responsible of his school

Well can you call today? If not, well, it's better to be safe than sorry, I say. I think you should pack a small pack with some non-perishable foods. When I was in school, they always required people to make emergency kits. Yeah.
