It was. She still sings, but raises her family. Still does that song in German at her shows.
Was an influence in bringing down Berlin Wall. Or at least reflected the mood of the times.

Yes, I think it is a very cool song. She has the type of voice that somehow makes you remember her songs. I don't think she is doing anything in the USA. I do know she is still doing music in Europe.

It's one of those annoying songs that get stuck in your head so you change the words to 99 dead raccoons or something like that
