I have been at work since 9am (its now 5:15 here) I have been checking my yahoo mail box like every 10 mminutes to see if I have received an email. Am I borderline nutjob, or is it that my job is just dull.

I get like that somedays. You're not a nutjob (or we both are!). Sometimes you just need to feel others are thinking of you or you need a laugh or distraction from work. The trouble is that often Saturday is a bad day for e-mails... which makes you think everyone else but you has a life.
You're obviously not 'into' your job... but who is?!

Now, I can only assume that this is a serious question or you just don't care that you've just lost points, but I think maybe it's because you need a salary but you don't want to work. Soooo you stick to your unchallenging boring job and kill the time [and look active might I add] by sad taks such as frequently checking emails and logging on to Yahoo Answers!!!

& may be expecting an email from someone special ;)
Try to make a change.. go somewhere u've never been to.. change jobs (if easy).. do ur job differently..
