Shareholders, obviously. Don't you know the big pharmaceutical companies have the government wrapped around their little finger? They are going to get what they want, when they want it, no matter who it harms or kills. If they cared so much about us they wouldn't make drugs that do more harm than good. I would much rather have high cholesterol than take a drug that is going to damage my liver, because the rules for what high cholesterol actually is has been set by the pharmaceutical companies, as has the criteria for high blood pressure and other ailments.
