why my yahoo messenger encountered problem and need to closed always?

You probabvly got a bad download, try reinstalling it and if that don't help gollow the directions printed below

1.uninstall that version,,after uninstalling go to start>search files and folders...do a search

..delete everything that shows in search window..restart your system go to http://www.oldversion.com and download the version 7.0

it sounds like the program has got damaged, best idea is to uninstall and reinstall it.
u can do this from add/remove programs in the control pannel.

also if u delete all temp internet files on internet explorer.
