I would take that man's running speed away from him for a month. Today, he won his age group, walked agaiinst us still running the race to cool down and had I to divert my path to not run into him and then he was getting a free massage while the awards were being given out and left without picking up his medal. He VERY WELL knew he had won something, he just didn;t win overall, that's why he skipped out on the awards. I would take away his speed just temporarily maybe so he wouldn't be so arrogant.

If you mean accept rather than steal, then I would accept the wealth of William Gates, and use more persuasion to ensure the charitable efforts he wishes to support would actually receive more of the funds dedicated to them.
I know a bit more about those neighborhoods than he does, and how to get things done effectively.

Politicians. I would take away their power to feed their own greed (locked in pensions, free lifetime health care, etc.) so they would be more inclined to utilize their position in government to help the American people as a whole.
