Hello Rana V,
"Is palmistry actually accurate?"
Bulls-eye! I have executed several research studies (in cooperation with handanalysts from all over the world) in order to answer the same question. You can read about the results at:
http://www.handresearch.com/hand/evoluti... .
I hope my website will help you to answer your own questions. Thanks.

Yes the lines on your hands do have specific meanings, but it takes someone who has studied palmistry for years to be able to really make sense of them.
I've studied it for a little while now and it is very fascinating.

Depends who does the reading. Some are pretty good at it.
But ask yourself: Open heart surgery...where is the best place to get that? Some random person with a sigh on the street?

Any form of divination is only as accurate as the person performing the reading.

Don't think so. My brother doesn't have a lifeline on one hand, and he's 46 years old. Of course he doesn't have a "life" either, but that's another story.

I think not, it's a big lie. you may have fun guessing the future, but it's not true what the lines of your hands "say"
