If you wantr to rid yourself of acne, you need to stop eating really greassy foods. As soon as I stopped eating pizza and greassy food, I didnt have a pimple for a week and a half (a record for me). Then when I started again, I got a pimple the next day. What I do is I wash my face 3 times a day but once a week, I use this cream that u use to rub dead skin off of your face. On top of that, I use benzaclyn twice a day. But just a little and drink a crap load of water all the time. I'm already getting attention from the ladies. I feels great not to have acne anymore when I thought I was hopeless. Good luck dude.
Ps. Dont jack off more than twice a week..........

I know how you feel!!! When I was a teenager I had horrible skin. I definitely reccommend going to a dermatologist, they could give you some good prescription medicines to try, even some pills which work very well.
Also you could ask the dermatologist about Accutane which is a very strong acne medicine that you take internally and it really works well for long term results!!!
Also there is a product called Nature's Cure which is available over the counter...they have a face cream and pills which you can take also which work well too!!!
Also I know that some people say that diet has nothing to do with your complexion but it can definitely help make it more smooth and bright!!! Try to drink a lot of water and also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables too!!!
Best of luck!!!

I have tried about 6 different sets of acne treaments and nothing worked. So I went to my doctor and got Differin. That did not work either. Now I take a prescription vitamin A supplement and some type of facial cream that I use before bed. This may take a while to kick in but by fighting this from the inside and outside this should be easier to use and be more effective. Talk to your doctor or a dermatologist, they can prescribe something for you, I do suggest trying AcneFree ((a knock off of ProActiv)) and try other things like that because if your acne is mild, just something like that should work.

Really the only way to get rid of your acne is to:
1. wash your face everyday
2. go to a skin doctor
3. just stop eating junk food (it causes you to break out)
If you do one or all of these things I have listed your acne should go away in a few weeks.

Acne is usually a hormonal problem, not a problem you can solve by washing your face. I would suggest something like Proactive, an off brand usually costs less and works about the same. Most store-bought products will give you medium success, but a prescription cream or pill would work better. If anything, continue washing your face often, but use an anti-acne cream or wash you can find at a drug store. Most brands work well enough.

Go to a dermatologist and have her/him examine you. The dermatologist will prescribe medications to lessen the inflammation and further breakouts. Do not touch your skin with your bare hands. Avoid pollution, smoking and yes, wash your face with a hypoallergenic gel or foam. There are also creams and soaps specifically made for acne skin. Ask about this (what products and brands to use) when you go to the dermatologist. Ask about facials to your dermatologist and Make it a part of your routine to have a facial it will help to cleanse your pores deeply. Go to a Licensed/Certified Aesthetician or someone your dermatologist recommends. - yunesa@yahoo.com

Most acne is not caused by having dirty skin, it is usually hormonal! This means, you can scrub as much as you want, but it won't necessarily help it! You have to go to a dermatologist, and get prescription creams and pills to help your body fight off acne. ~Good Luck~
