x= -3 postive (P) negetive/minus(n)

p+p=p
n+n=p
n+p=p
p+n=p
p-p=p/n
n-n=n
p-n=n/p
n-p=n
so its x+2=5 the diffrence between 2 and 5 is 3, however the answer must be below zero so the equasion is n+p=p so you know there is a diffrence of three you know that a negotiva and postive allways makes a postitive so the three must be neotive. And thats how you get -3+2=5 x=-3 simple
