You seem to be making much better choices, but your diet is missing some essential fats such as omega 3 and 6,u also need to decrease carbs and include some more protein with each meal.Excess dairy consumption can lead to food allergies. You are also eating way too much wheat, which can also pose problems for you.

.) No sugar cereals: Wheaties, Cheerios, Oat flakes, etc.

try organic and wheat free varieties in the health food store,

2.) skim milk (only for the cereal)

try soy, rice or nut milks as an alternative

3.) Salad stuff: Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, vinegar, and salad nuggets (like croutons)

avoid the croutons they have chemicals added and put too many carbs in ur salad add some boiled chopped eggs, chicken or a can of tuna instead..ur body will thank u,if ur a veggie u can add beans or tofu.

4.) I only drink Aquafina,, sometimes with lemon
make sure u drink a glass of water every hour during the day
to total 8 8 ounce bottles.

5.) Canned sweet potatoes
fresh sweet potatos are much better then canned,

6.) apples, oranges, cantelope
good choices,wash throughly

7/) lots of spices.
spices can irritate ur gastrointestinal system be careful

8.) Pasta, both whole wheat and regular
avoid too much pasta,do not use white flour pastas

9.) Rao's Marinara sauce

10) parmesagn cheese for the pasta

11.) sometimes I will get a turkey on wheat subway sub, no cheese, ranch dressing.

ranch dressing wrong fats, excess calories, try fat free mayo instead or natural organic dressing

Please let me know what you think.

I think you need to broaden your spectrum. You have like no proteins at all. Try a trail mix with lots of nuts, or some tofu. And add some lean meats. As for potassium, you need some bananas or something, and you should be taking a supplement for calcium. The canned sweet potatos have almost no nutritional value. Try fresh and cook them in batches to save time. If you are trying to lose weight, you need a workout schedule, and if you are working out, then you need to eat more. Get a low fat cookbook to get new ideas.

1. Ok, but could be better.
2. Subway has too much processed white bread, so eat less bread and select whole wheat.
3. Keep pasta intake low, especially if it's not whole wheat pasta.
4. Keep canned potato consumption low.

What exactly are you asking us to evaluate for? Are you trying to lose weight? Be healthier? Really, it sounds healthier than average, if not a bit restricted, and you would likely lose weight eating only that, as long as if you eat small portions.

Sounds like you are eating plenty healthy. I wouldn't last a day on that menu. I'm not overweight, just lucky I guess...
