That would be awesome!
I'd definitely buy God a beer for that one, what a wind up!
At least that would prove to all those who are over sensitive about their faith that God has sense of humour too!

I, too, wonder the same thing. Its like, NOBODY KNOWS! And its frustrating to me how we all just "know we're worshiping the right God..." but everyone else is wrong in their faith. Thats another issue though. I just feel like, there might be one large God, and we all follow different interpreters of his word, and at the end of the day...it depends on how WE live, as INDIVIDUALS.
Because, as we all know, nobody REALLY follows his/her word verbatim. We all read/listen to our word [as in whatever religion we are] and then we do some, dont do some, acknowledge some stories, dont the others. So I think, at the end of the day, its all gonna depend on how we all lived our seperate lives. I dont think it would suck or even matter what religion we were, or if there's even "one true God". I choose to believe I will be judged on how I interpreted his Word, and lived my life. Not about what church I went to, or what religion I classified myself as.

That's a very good question; It's always a possibility! Only one person a group of persons could be right even though the rest of the world is wrong. Remeber Galileo who said that it was the earth that went round the sun and not the contrary, the whole world backed by the church persecuted him; today we know better!

Wouldn't that just be amazing!
Well..... God is omnipotent so why should he not have a last jest at our expense?
The human race has spent so much time and effort being bigoted, racist and self indulgent rather than following all the things the religions teach us ( and they aren't too divergent under all the rigmarole), that it kind of deserves a wake up call.
Not any of us lovely folks on Yahoo answers of course.......

Well its probs true that some tribe is worshiping God in a better way. More intervention by man and the more corrupt things become. Thats why we need Jesus

i think the one true God is not the one as described in any of the popular faiths. the one truth has become lost and distorted as humans spread out over the planet. everyone has a piece of the truth, which leads some to believe they have it all figured out. hence, wars and religious fundamentalism.

There is no one God. God is whoever you choose to worship and give your faith and love to. God is all around in many different guises. So there is no right or wrong God, just whoever you choose to worship.

There is no "one, true god". My gods are my wife and children. I think god is not a diety but an interconnected web of all individuals on Earth.
