Definitely not.
The highest temperature that lava normally reaches (when outside the mantle) is about 1200 degrees Celcius.
Diamond has a melting temperature of 3815.6 degrees Celcius.
Hence, it is not possible for lava to melt diamond.

In addition to not being hot enough, diamonds don't melt. They decompose into graphite.
