Grapes do well in the cold environs, however, they should plucked before becoming too cold, i.e. blueballs. I've only heard of one successful extraction from that, it was from warm hands on the grapes all night - you thought your hands were sore before. To avoid this occurance in the future I suggest bone meal. Lots of protein and calcium there. Pussywillows do well too. Happy plucking.

But if he's going to trick you again, be prepared! Tell him you're not up to dealing with HIS plants, and that it makes your hands hurt too much and takes all day! Be gentle about it, but assertive. Don't give in this time, or else expect it again and again in the future.

yes, grapes only are swollen if someone rubs them too hard.And then his hands might be sore. Grab a hold and try of one if the juice is sour leave.
