a yahoo uk user is commiting fraud by the nigerian scam by trying to rent my home and getting me to pay for his furniture up front with a check he is sending, I would like to find out who this guy is.

I think you shoud fill out a complain report to your nearest public prosecutors' office. Find out who is the local public prosecutor and send him/her an email. And follow back after 2 weeks. It works. I complained about a check fraud thing to our prosecutor...within the 3 weeks this guy has been put away in prison. try it. good luck

For us less sophisticated people, we seem not to be able to find out much about others, but the spammers and scammers seem to have access to everything. You might try using your bank to find out something, or even go to the police and ask about him. I offer little hope...Nigeria is a big red flag about corruption....Good Luck.
