There are three ways to answer your question. The first would be to name the so-called "Little Ivies." The second would be to name the so-called "Public Ivies." The third would be to name top-tier, internationally recognized liberal arts colleges that didn't make these lists, but are just as elite. I'll do my best with each.

"Little Ivies"

Amherst
Bates
Bowdoin
Colby
Hamilton
Haverford
Middlebury
Swarthmore
Trinity
Tufts
Connecticut College
Wesleyan
Williams

"Public Ivies" (Moll's list)
College of William and Mary
Miami University (Ohio)
University of California system
University of Michigan
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
University of Texas at Austin
University of Vermont
University of Virginia

Other top universities and colleges, including Seven Sisters and other non-Ivies:

Stanford
MIT
Cal Tech
Vassar
Carleton
Barnard
Mt. Holyoke
Wellesley
Bryn Mawr
Macalester
Smith
Brandeis
Pomona
