How do i get alien skins on the sims 2 it wont let it be selected but i deleted the other two nieghbors to make my own

If you are talking about the in game stuff that the gamers used to make aliens, then you need to use the programming debug mode-

Go to neighborhood view where you pan over all the houses in your custom neighborhood

press three keys at once
shift-cntrl-c

A window pops up so paste this in:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true

Go into create a sim and press "Shift+N" before making a sim

Then you'll find odd things that the programmers used for making Aliens, the Grim Reaper, Bunny costumes and other such.

When you are done tooling with this, be sure to turn the debug mode off when you leave CAS-
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false

If you leave the latter thing running (in 'true' mode) then it can cause serious glitches in your game. It is useful for doing game tweaks but use it with respect, like a bad tempered porcupine. :)

IF YOU have custom content you downloaded and want to use those for alien skins, you have to enable custom content by going in the neighborhood view to the dial on the bottom left where the three dots are. Then choose the gears (I think) and enable custom content. You will have t to shut down your game and restart it to enable that new content. :)
