Anyway it is by R. Miniter you can google it. This is something I would like all of the 9/ll conspiracy theorist to sink their teeth into. Chew on some real meat for a change and stop trying to hide the blame under the coat tails of the current President.

Dear Swaggz

Evidently you didn't read the book. The books premis is that the Terrorist attacks began years before the 9/11 bombing. Contributing the 9/11 attacks to a weak stance on past terrorist attacks. Thanks for the FBI link there "genius" however it has no bearing on my comment. Keep your points relevent, or to yourself. Thanks for the response....

No I haven't but I would like to. There are some good books on the events that led up to the invasion of Kuwait by Iraq that led to some many other things. Not directly related to terrorism but shows some policy failures that had an enormous affect on the future.

Wasn't Bush on vaction the summer of 2001? Well 911 didnt happen when Clinton was in office it happened when Bush was in office. Your telling us that if we cant stop a terrorist attack 9 months in advance it will inevitable happen? The British stopped a terrorist attack during its pre plannned operations.
Why dont we blame Columbine on Clinton because he was in office when that happen! Wait we don't right because when people want to kill themselves they are very dangerous to the innocent. I don't blame Bush for allowing it happen I blame him for handling it poorly afterwards.

Yes. It is an excellent book, firmly based on an abundance of citations from publications of all persuasions.

I highly recommend it. Richard Miniter is a master researcher. I would recommend reading all his books.

We elect administrations to protect the welfare of the nation & its citizens. That is the responsibility of whomever is in office. . .and not to try to "blame" others. Unfortunately, we've seen too many examples of poor leadership & poor management under the current administration. . .FEMA, response to the destruction of New Orleans etc. etc. They've lost their credibility.
