If the rabbit has a nasal discharge or you see matted fur on the inside of the rabbit's front paws, your rabbit has a cold. Take the rabbit to a vet, have the vet take a sample to determine what kind of bacteria is causing the cold (it may not be pastuerella). Then follow the instructions for administering the medicine exactly as instructed. Quarantine the rabbit from any other rabbits you have and clean the cage out and treat the cage with bleach.

Rabbits don't get colds. It sounds like she needs to go to the vet and get some medications. Depending on what she has if left untreated she could die.

Make sure her cage is clean, she has food and fresh water. Don't put her in a cold place. Watch her and see if she gets worse; coughing, eyes runny, doesn't eat or drink. If that happens you should take her to the vet.

Well my bird had a cold the other day. I had him sleep more often and I kept him warm with a small blanket and he turned out ok in 2 days. Best of luck to you.
