Was it right to shoot men for saying they were frightened in WW1? And if so should we shoot women who are frightened? That's called reframing, but hows it look now that women get equality?

Do women want *true equality* if it's explained to them what that really means?

Of course not. They want the best of both worlds. They want their meals paid for, doors held open, etc. , but then they want the chance to say that these things are sexist...simultaneously.

But who, man or woman, doesn't want the best of both worlds?

You misunderstand the situation as it occurred in WW1. The men weren't shot for being frightened, they were shot for failure to do their duty as their officers saw it. that has occurred in all wars since the dawn of time.

You've got to remember in 1917 very little was known about the human mind or how people respond to stress and we are now able to recognize the fact that there is a difference between combat stress and cowardice. (though we can't always agree on which is which). and this is why now people are sent to hospitals and occasonally prison rather than being shot.

There are real differences between the male and female human psyche, in time we may discover that actions that may be seen as criminal cowardice in one gender may not be seen as criminal cowardice in the other gender. the problem is, the more we know, the more questions we have!

we want to be treated as equal but i personally know that we are different in other ways besides the obvious....i don't want to burn my bra etc but i do want to be respected as an equal. if a women joins the army then the same rules apply as to the men.
