Someone needs to speak up for the animals and I think PETA does a good job - they might 'go overboard' sometimes, but I think that's because if they didn't - no one would listen to them.
Someone who has no problem wearing animal's skin, when it's publicly known how inhumaine these animals are treated, obviously won't care if some organization holds a protest and carries signs...but if these same people get a splash of paint on their 'precious' skin coat, maybe they'll pay some attention.
I don't condone all of their practices, but I also don't condone abuse of animals, or those who are too self-absorbed to realize they are supporting this industry by buying these products.

I think its good that are exposing the big corporations and what they are doing to the animals in terms of cruel treatment.
Maybe I would donate a few dollars; but not be a member;

I think that they are a good organization, But I would never join it. I really don't care enough about animals to fight all the time and not eat meat. I think that humans are supposed to eat meat. But I do understand that they shouldnt be tortured just to feed us. I guess I'm on both sides of the fence with this one...haha

I think they need to practise what they preach to be honest, I love animals and hate to see cruelty, but killing an animal for meat is different to killing one for the hell of it, they are too much in your face with their beliefs in my opinion, if they want to be vegetarians then OK, fine, but those of us that like meat and fish as well as loving our animals are allowed our own choice and if someone wants to wear a fur coat then so be it, like animals that are raised for their meat to put on a table so are some animals raised the same way for their pelts, bet a lot of these PETA people wear leather shoes and have leather handbags too, which animals pelt did they come off, not a synthetic one that's for sure.

PETA has a place like any other org. They should advocate their beliefs and not take the law into their own hands. In my region of USA, PETA stands for People Eating Tasty Animals. YUMMY.

I would. It would suck not being able to eat meat, because i'd die since i like nothing else, but i'd join. I think that everyone should want to help the animals.

I won't say whether it's good or bad. Different strokes for different folks.
Would I join them? No
I enjoy eating meat and fish too much. I could never become a vegetarian.

I used to receive weekly e-mails but they come across pretty strong.
I did love their expose on Beyonce - pretending to be fans and then secretly filming her and asking her why she wears fur.
