when i over hand serve in volley where should i stop my hant what part of my hand should i use i'm right handed so what foot should i put out more how far should i throw that ball andi know i ned to practice i practice all time time so i need help

i put it is polles and survays because no one is ever on volleyball

throw the ball up. draw back your right hand, and with hard, bottom part of your palm, hit it. hit it until its..like, you know when you raise your hand it school? its slightly in front of you, about 5-9 inches diagonal to your nose. except, bring it higher to get height and distance. as much as i hope this helped, im sure it didnt. i would just ask your coach/gym teacher...and keep it up. youll find it.

if you are r-handed you would extend your r-leg behindlike a lung postion on from the back and to serve use your palm of your hand it has better speed and control
