go online and get you puk code from your network provider i free unlike a phone call to your customer services all service provders have a www, site and also if you have your box and everything that came with yopur phone the puk code is on that you will get clear instructions on line and mabe you could write it down for next time you puking oopps mucking around with your mobile

you enter the PUK code of your phone's mobile number in order to unblock it and back it to normal. That PUK code was attached inside a piece of paper the time you bought your mobile phone and your number.. It has instructions to cut the sides of it for you to locate you PUK code..

that is your personal unlock code think it comes with your Sim card package on a card that looks like a scratch card I am on virgin and I know as I have set up my online account I can get my code online by using my phone number and account password if not get in touch with the outlet you purchased your package from but of course take you identification with you they should be able to help if not get a new provider

Your have to get this from your network provider ie cingular, its called the phone unlock code and you will need to get this before you can use this phone any further. Without this code your cell phone will be useless.

Usually in with the instructions or Sim card wrapping you got when you purchased the phone. If you have not got that try your operator for advice on your networks policy.
