Sometimes it takes awhile for answers to come up from your question. There have been times I would get responses 8 hours later. If you want to help people or even the points, then answer peoples questions, even if it just takes a simple yes or no.

Yes, you have to answer questions in order to get more points.
Then if you're answer is chosen as " best " you'll get an extra 10 points.
So, don't use up all your points by asking questions only.
