I am taking my boyfriend to melting pot for his birthday. should i get him anything else and if so what? me and him have a 7 month old son together and i live with them with my 8 year old daughter. We have been together for 3 years

You may want to purchase a small gift like a shirt or new pair of pants, CD or whatever his tastes are, along with a nice card of course. But another suggestion might be to write a nice poem for him that expresses your feeling and how you see the two of you aging together etc. Something personal like this can mean more than a card with a million bucks in it. What does he like most in the world? Maybe he's been hankering for a new shirt, some cologne, a book or movie. I'd get him a little something else too.
or surprise him in the bedroom in a new peice of lingerie. that my husbands favorite:)

you should ask someone to babysit your kids after melting pot. then buy something sexy and go back home and have a little fun for his birthday. good luck

I think you are spending enough money at the restaurant. You could always make him a CD of some good songs. I wouldn't spend anymore money.
