Go to an auto parts store and buy a test light its about 5 bucks give or take a few. Test for 12vt and ground at the horn if you have both then the horn is bad. Have someone work the horn while you probe the wires with the test light hooked to 12vt then ground if you have both ground and 12vt you know the horn is bad.
In the fuse panel is Dark Green/Red (-) wire you can also test this wire while you press the horn you will need the test light connected to 12vt if the light comes on you will know the switch works if it does not come on the switch could be bad or you could have an open circuit some where or bad relay etc etc ... buy the Haynes or Chiltons manual or look under the hood for the relay.
Here is a test light: http://www.hotrodwires.com/cart/images/products/TestLight2cRev-lg.jpg
Good luck ... I bet you'll know tonight whats wrong with it! ;-)
