Don't put the medication on the burnt areas, it will damage the skin further, use a different acne medication, one that doesn't contain alcohol or acids, use more of a cream cleanser until you skin clears up. In the mean time, Stay out of the sun, put lotion on the affected areas, lotion containing aloe is best. With your skin as messed up as it is, I really don't think that you want to be worrying about your acne too much. Besides my acne always seems to clear up when I am in the sun.

continue your acne medication, use aloe vera gel on your face (found in big green bottles at any drug store or walmart), and from now on, use an oil-free SPF lotion- there are many kinds, but i personally like neutrogena's formula spf 15 for sensitive skin. remember- acne medications tend to make the skin more prone to sunburn, so protect yourself!

Try not to touch your face more than normal times. After a few weeks it's skin becomes natural.
