Yes, it is possible. Either via the natural way, if he can get an erection, but with you on top. OR, having a dr. extract sperm another way and then incerting it via a non-needled large syringe, into the vagina that way.
The bad thing is, you'll be the caregiver. If you two live together, chances are you'll be caring for your boyfriend. If a child is born, then you'll have two people to care for. And that child will be more demanding than your boyfriend. You'll also have little to no sleep for the first 3-4 months. It will be all on you and no time for yourself. It seems ok at first, but it gets stressful after the second month of doing all the work. I know this from experience. I have a disabled child whom requires 24/7 care.
Your boyfriend won't be able to do too much to help you. Which also means that IF you work, you'll have to give up your job and be a stay at home mom. Do you really want to do that.
Yes, it's great you two want to have children, but weigh all the consequences as well. Another alternitive is to have a caregiver in your house while you're working, but things of that nature are expensive as well.

well its a hard thing to answer. it really truelly depends but for the most part it should be possible..should be. Now chances are he won't be able to feel a thing, or do anything so you will have to do everything. Don't get your hopes up yet...but don't give up. Its a very unpredictable thing. But i admire you both greatly for it. I can't imagine what you two have been through and to still be optimistic enough to want to concieve? Thats amazing.

I'd ask your OB, but I have heard of it. You would have to do the work to make it happen, but theres no harm in praticing until it does happen.
