I like Sarah-Jessica Parker; she is the most experienced of the group. However, I thought Jennifer Aniston did a good job in "Along Came Polly". I just loved her character.

Technically, the stage-trained Mulally is superior to the others. She rarely blows a line, and has proven her versatility in drama, comedy and musicals.
Aniston and Messing are both classic examples of the "we'll fix it in editing" style of acting ... each requires multiple takes to deliver. Messing is a stronger actress than the brittle, one-note Aniston (can you picture her, ever, doing a scene that brings tears to your eyes?)
Sarah Jessica Parker falls squarely in the middle of the pack -- she's handled comedy and drama, done theatre, but has yet to really amaze anyone with a performance.

I'm not too fond of any the actresses you have listed.I would pick Sarah Jessica Parker because she has the most experience under her belt.Remeber Square Pegs?

jennifer aniston is really funny, and really real. . you feel like she's being herself, not acting a part, and you really start believing in the character she's playing. who watched friends and didn't fall in love with rachel green? plus she's beautiful and a good person too.
