It is screwed into the inside of the cabinet open space. Look to the sides, top, and bottom you will see the screws. Remove the screws and just slide the unit out to get to the connections and disconnect. Then it's ready to be removed.

look up, there should be 2 screws into the counter top. see if you can remove the kick panal at the bottem. the water supply should be there. turn off the water under the sink. should be a copper line to the dish washer.
Turn off the circuit breaker , remove the cover plate on the bottem to see the wires. check to see if the power is off with a tester or volt meter. disconnect the wires and the water. pull unit straight out half way. check to see where the drain line is connected. usually goes into the garbage disposal or drain pipe. this you have to disconnect from the sink and it pulls out with the washer. When you reinstall, the drain line needs a high arch in the line to prevent backflush from the sink.

Caly & Martinitops, combined, have the answer. But they didn't mention that you must make sure you turn off the water supply and electricity BEFORE you start pulling it out. You may have a copper tubing instead of a flex water line and it may break or the connection come loose before you get it out. You haven 't lived until you have to go under a sink while water is spraying everywhere. Been there.

I would drop by the restaurant kitchen where they work and ask them if they would like to meet you for coffee when they go off shift.
