When you bring up pictures of liberals events like this:

..you'll likely get called an intolerant fascist pig. What gives?
Free speech and treason are not the same, nor is free speech free of consequences.

Cool breeze:
The Republican party has the good sense not to associate itself with neo-Nazis. And as John pointed out, the nut cases have infiltrated the Democratic party. It's time for a new broom to sweep the Democratic party clean.

As a Democrat, I find displays such as that to be highly offensive and not in the least reprepsentative of the Democratic party. I assume you feel the same way about neo-nazi extremists on the right wing. There are always going to be extremist nutcases out there. And, of course, they are the ones you see the most of because that makes better television than an orderly town hall style meeting in the midwest. So, saying these people are representative of the Democratic party is like saying Prussian Blue is representative of the Republican party.

I'm a liberal living in probably one of the most Republican, conservative states of all -Ohio. I don't consider myself to be ignorant or uninformed at all and I also woudn't say that 'lefties' in general view facts as intolerance from conservatives. I've been kind of lucky, really, to grow up in a community whose viewpoint I don't share because it's given me a chance to truly see both sides. The biggest pattern I've noticed with conservatives is an unwillingness to consider the world beyond the states and a forced, deliberate tie to Christianity. I don't, however, believe that they are ignorant either; it's a choice to filter out the good and bad and take what you want of both. Everyone does this, no matter what side they're on.

And for every "Bay Area" with its liberalism, great education and well educated populace, I can find some conservative area of the U.S. that would turn the U.S. back to the good ole days when African Americans and women had no rights and people were hung in public town squares.
I have noticed many of your questions are peppered with hate-filled diatribe. Is this all you do all day is write these missives? Wouldn't it be far more effective to tone down the bellicosity and have a real political debate without resorting to name calling and putdowns?

What color is the sky in your nazi neocon world? I am a centrist, in the middle, tend to think for myself. Neither the right or left represents me. I agree that both sides have their extremists and some of the pics you present are wacky, but the Stefford Wife-Rovian goose step is beyond question absolutely unacceptable. How dare anyone who is supported by a minority of Americans call the majority unAmerican. it defies logic. The FACTS demonstrate Bush lied often and big time. What the hell more is needed? I say turn him and his toadies over to the World Court and put in Americans who will uphold the Constitution in an open and honest government into power. Your time it coming, 200-2008, the end of the neocon attempted dictatorship movement

Because they've been wrong since WWI and proven wrong on every stance. They have no arguments to dispute the facts so they need to resort to name calling. I am particularily fond of "McCarthists" since the July 11, 1995 release of the Venona project proved once and for all McCarthy was correct. Funny how text books still charge that McCarthy was inciting hysterics when this information is now 11 years old. Charging a repbulican with McCarthism IMHO is a compliment--only the Dems won't admit that either.

Its easier to spew filth and accusations when you do not know the truth. Most liberals who claim to be so are not educated on the issues, or they get their education from the leftist media. Most are sheep and are afraid to strike out on their own to form an opinion. Although I can't stand the woman, hats off to Hilary for her support of the war effort and Lieberman as well, a golden boy in 2000 was left behind by his party. What a bunch of fickle fruit cakes!

Probably because the rights' ideas of "facts and sources" are usually Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, AM radio, and other assorted Richard Mellon Scaife butt-plugs, all mental midgets and defectives.
But then, anybody who can still stick up for Bush/Cheney after six years probably isn't going to be drafted into Mensa anytime soon.

You forgot the word "extreme" in your description of the ignorant left. Don't lump all lefties together, as you would ask not to lump all righties together. Nice try, though.

I am all for people having the right to state what they believe, but to me that is just taking it too far, I mean they are showing no respect to this country, you don't have to like whose running it, but at least respect our country. What do other countrys think when they see Americans doing stuff like that?? And It isn't only democrats, I've seen Republican protesters do some stupid stuff too! People need to grown up and learn to agree to disagree.
