He is 20 and has been bothering me a lot. He's a lot bigger and I am short and have long sharp nails as basically my only defense. Should she be mad at me for this.?

This was an immature act for both you and your friends brother. You should know by now how to approach a bad situation with finesse, and without physical pain. Unless of course your life is in danger, then let 'em have it!! Your friends brother should know by now to take the word STOP seriously. By avoiding this word; could get him into serious trouble. This all could possibly have been avoided if you had approached your friend and told her your feelings about her brother. Then she should have talked to her brother and told him to back off.

Well, it's only because blood is thicker then water thats she's mad at u for hurting her brother.

But since he does bother you all the time I guess in a way I can understand how u feel, u were backed into a corner and u came out fighting.

U siad he's 20 which means he should no matter then to always pick on someone( he was being a bit of a bully )

And Im sure she knows that her brother was in the wrong( if she has any sense)

But I guess ow u have to let her know that u can only take so much of someone bothering you and u can ONLY ignore a person for so long b 4 u have to let them kow u have had enough.

I have had to do the same myself at times and it sucks when someone is bothering u and u try to ignore them and others around u keep saying" Oh just ignore him or her they'll get bored and stop" and u try and try and they keep on and u just lose it. I think the one who's being the pain in the butt is the one everyone should tell to stop.

I would say that if she's md then let her be mad she' kows deep down u were right to defend urself and that her brother should stay in a 20 yr old place. ( anyway why is he always around u two anyway) he doesn't have friends he should be hanging out with?

Maybe he's just a bully or a jerk who no one wants to be around is why he act the way he acts.

Any how keep defending urself if u have too and don't feel ashame of it

When she over being mad then let her know that if this happens again and she gets mad again DON'T CALL U AGAIN

she needs to tale to her brother and let him know that if he wasn't such a creep u wouldn't have to do what u did.

Sounds like her brother has a crush on you! I don't think she should just be mad at you. If he instigated the issue, she should have told him to leave the two of you alone.
Even though he's 20, it was only a few years ago when he was in high school. They say that men are really just boys in bigger bodies and most of the time, it's true. He probably looks younger too.
Your friend might be mad for other reasons. If you pay more attention to her brother, she may be seeing that there could be an attraction between the two of you and she might be afraid that this will interfere with your friendship. Or ... she was raised to always take the side of family even if they were wrong. I'm sure she'll get over it. It's not worth losing a friendship over.

Him being her bother you should of been the bigger one and not scratched his arm up. However she being you girlfriend, she should see what her brother does to you and put a stop to it.
