There are drops of dried hair spray on the bathroom tile floor and no matter what we do, it won't come off. I'm tempted to "paint" the whole floor with it to match...heh heh, uh no.

Yep, rubbling alcohol worked great on the tile.
Though you can't use it on painted walls, it removes the paint too.

I bought a steam cleaner. This isn't a carpet cleaner. It uses steam to clean off hard surfaces, like counter tops and tiles. It has worked on hair spray, old gelatin in the fridge, all sorts of things. And it's environmentally friendly. You can usually find them at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Mix one fourth cup of vinegar, one fourth cup of ammonia and one cup of water in a spray bottle.Spray this on the spots and let sit for 15-20 minutes, then wipe it up.Depending on how old the hair spray is,it might take a few applications, but it will work.
And this mixture is good for cleaning your mirrors too!
