2+2 = 4
4+3 = 7
7+4 = 11
11+5 = 16
16+6 = 22

Look at it this way.

2 4 7 11 ? 22
2 3 4 5 6

do you see the pattern? Natural numbers are getting added to the previous number in the given series!

So missing number is 16. The number following 22 would be 29 and the number before 2 is 1!

its 16.

basically you're increasing the number you add to the previous number by one.

Add 2 to 2 to get 4
Add 3 to 4 to get 7
Add 4 to 7 to get 11
Add 5 to 11 to get 16
Add 6 to 16 to get 22
