Read a book called A Woman After God's Own Heart. It gives references to this.
The Bible calls for modesty in a woman, even according to her dress. And when we speak of modesty that means:
1) Not showing cleavage
2) Wearing shorts or skirts at knee length
3) Wearing clothes that fit your figure; nothing too tight so as to reveal too much
It comes down to this...keep the necks above the chest, the hem lines knee length or lower, and the fittings fitting. Modesty in a woman reveals much more than a woman that reveals too much. For to reveal too much 1) gives too much away and 2) is always a way to hide the true woman than resides within by creating a distraction. And to dress modestly into today's sociaty is not becoming an old granny. Look at fashion lines like Anne Klein, Liz Claiborne, St. John's...alll modest, but extremely feminine and pretty and very beauty enhancing.

Married NOT buried sister! If you got it Flaunt it!Obviously the beauty that be is what made him say hi in the first place. Keep it up and stick to it. If you all have a good marriage and TRUST. It shouldn't matter. And as far as the above about "you daughters, when and if....." Get real. I have a daughter and she's beautiful and she knows it. Our own beauty as women is one of the things that helps us build that strong self-esteem that so many are lacking! Self-esteem is something that helps us be strong and love ourselves enough to not let ANYONE else walk all over us!

Showing cleavage is wrong...those puppies belong to your husband. Mini skirts are out of the question! Bikini's are out of the question unless you are only with your female freinds in an isolated area. Your Man should not go without underware....and his shirt should be buttoned up as well. Your bodies belong to each other... be modest, be a good example for young people!

Don't dress that way. Dress like you want to dress even if it is provacative. Guys might be looking at you which should make your husband proud. But dress to remind him that you are still his hottie even though your married.

Dress in a way that shows the beauty (inner and outer) that God has given you without making people look too much at you and miss seeing your Creator through you.

Always dress your age or 5-10 yrs younger, not more than that.
Don't wear what teenagers wear, you will look silly.

Being married has nothing to do with it. How do you think female, single doctors, lawyers, teachers dress?

Just dress with modesty.. make sure you're covered and not letting stuff hangout the way you did when you were single. You don't want your daughters (when and if you have them) thinking it's ok.
