I'd say 13-17 because some of the topics in there aren't really appropriate for younger girls [sex, some of the real life story's are very disturbing] But if you cant get the magazine, you can always check out their website!

I would have to say about 14-18. It alse depends on the maturity of the girl and what is considered "acceptable" reading by their folks.

13-20ish. It has some issues that might be a little older (sex) but thats every now and then.
