This question is complex, actually the answer is both. Terrorism is an immediate threat while global warming will be a slow and painful death. Neither is a very good answer for human kind. I guess that terrorism is probably on the front burner because it is happening right now where global warming will be a threat to man kind in the future. But we should start to plan now for what is going to happen later in order for mankind to survive.
